1) You are purchasing our basic game package that includes entrance and 100 paintballs per player and a snack lunch. You will need extra paintballs ! Please do not leave yourself and others short and think 100 paintballs will last. They will be used on the target range (players with no more balls will not enter game arenas or be issued overalls. Staff can not look after players who have not got enough paintballs and that are unable to play games)! Discounted paintballs available at £15 / 300 or £35 / 1000 if all players take this option on booking. Or it will be £7.00 / 100 on the day. You will use the minimum of 300 extra paintballs. Buying when booking saves you money!
2) Games are full day games starting 9am and finishing at 4pm. Health and safety briefings start at 9.30am and all players must attend these before playing.
3) Players must be 11 and over. Under 14's must have at least one playing adult per group. Under 16's need an adult on site at all times of game play.
4) Paintball Prices are £7.00 per 100 paintballs with the minimum of an extra purchase of 300 paintballs per player advised, this is the most expensive way to purchase and we offer the cheapest prices in UK for a 1000 paintball packages.
5) Special deals for Groupon Customers if all players in your group purchase an extra 1000 paintballs each the cost is only £35.00 per player (cheapest in the UK)
EXTRA PAINTBALLS NEED TO BE PAID FOR WITH BOOKING TO SECURE DISCOUNTED RATES.
You can buy extra tickets for friends and family or work mates through Groupon. Games during the week need at least 15 players for the site to open. But we do offer you guys a further £5.00 discount on our 1000 ball package during the week making it an amazing £30.00 /player.
6) Please do not purchase a ticket believing 100 paintballs will be enough. You are strongly advised to purchase at least an extra 300 paintballs per player. We have 10 game arenas and aim to play you around 8 game zones on a day. Each zone uses between 100 -150 paintballs.
7) You must have voucher number and security number when making a booking and bring the voucher on the day. Cancelation is 21 clear working days and is only for emergencies and 2nd booking is final.
8) The council does not allow us to have signs so please make sure you have checked out directions on this website before travelling.
9) Paintball is a contact sport please keep this in mind when booking in children and players who do not like a little contact.
10) When contacting Universal Paintball please keep in mind office hours are between 12midday and 9pm. When outside these hours please leave a message and we will return your call asap. Also last time we had a deal with Groupon the phones were extremely busy and this resulted in delayed returned calls. But we will return your call as soon as we can.
